When you are on campus, you can access server files such as Faculty Shared Documents and Teacher Drop Boxes from 4bga.org if you are using Internet Explorer web browser. If you are using Mozilla Firefox, the folders will not open.
 


Also, if you are at school, and are not seeing all the server files, your computer may be in an "offline" state.

  <--- This symbol appears in the system tray (lower right corner of screen) when your computer has gone offline.

Until you come back "online" you will not see all the files on the server. One way to come back online is to reboot your computer, but a faster way is to click on this icon when you see it, and then synchronize your files.

 

If this doesn't work, please try rebooting your computer to see if that will fix it, before contacting the technology department.
